When will I receive my order?


It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on  your location, but typical shipping times are:  

USA: 3-​4 business days  
International: 5-15 business days

We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations  worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility  that can do it most efficiently!

General Return Policy

Since our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for change of mind. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive a product that meets your expectations. If there are any issues with your order, please follow the guidelines below:

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer a replacement or refund. To initiate a return for a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Fill out our customer service request form within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll follow up and may ask you to provide photos of the damaged or defective item, including the packaging, so we can assess the problem.

  2. Approval: Once we review your request and determine that the item is indeed damaged or defective, we will issue a return authorization.

  3. Replacement or Refund: After the return authorization, we will process a replacement or refund, depending on your preference. If a replacement is issued, production and shipping times will apply.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item (e.g., wrong size, color, or design), we will correct the mistake at no additional cost. Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Contact Us: Fill out our customer service request form within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll follow up and may ask you to provide photos of the incorrect item received.

  2. Approval: Once we confirm the mistake, we will issue a return authorization and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item, if necessary.

  3. Replacement: We will promptly send you the correct item once we receive the returned incorrect item or confirm the error.

Incorrect Size

Since our products are custom-made to order, we currently can not accept returns or offer exchanges if you have ordered the incorrect size. Please see our Sizing Information for more details.

Return Shipping Costs

For approved returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Creativeflare will cover the cost of return shipping. Detailed instructions will be provided upon approval of your return request.
